Our clinic can be reached at 306-636-2020. If it is outside of normal clinic hours and not an emergency, a voice mail can be left and will be returned on the next business day. If it is an ocular emergency, follow the instructions on the message to connect to the on-call optometrist.

Our main office is located in Estevan, Saskatchewan, at the north west corner of the intersection of Souris Avenue and King Street. The address is 4-102 Souris Avenue.Our satellie location is located in Carnduff, Saskatchewan, as part of the Tony Day Medical Clinic, attached to Sunset Haven. The address is 405 Spencer Street.
